Do you help us with our Sales Playbooks?
Yes, we can help you with that. We have written hundreds of playbooks for other clients. If you already have a good playbook, we make it AI ready.
How do you measure the impact of the AI Coach on people’s behaviour?
We have two approaches. First, we choose specific skills that we want to develop in your sales reps. For instance uncovering urgency and cold calling. Now, the tutor autonomously develops those skills in your reps during the day. After a short period, let’s say 3 months, we can analyse the cold calls and see whether they have improved in quality. Another way is the tutor actually delivers points to the reps for getting those skills right. If the points have improved on their personal skill table, it is a good sign they actually have improved and the conversion rates, sales cycles and deal sizes will follow.
We do not have the culture that supports learning.
That is when AI Coaches likely fail as well. We can help you improve that culture before we release an AI Coach.
What data does the AI Coach need?
In order for the on-the-job coach to work, it will need access to the CRM (recording transcripts, Sales Process, deals, cold call transcripts, cold emails, etc.). Depending on the skills we want to develop, we can start with a version where the AI Coach only teaches reps about the playbook and develops their product knowledge but does not support directly on what the reps do.
Does the Tutor not make mistakes?
As the AI Coach is based on internal information, mistakes can be reduced to a minimum, if any. Additionally, the interactions can be reviewed and analyzed. Taskbase will inform enablement/team leads in case there are some anomalies in the behavior.
