In particular: Use of our online platform

We may also operate the online platform as a data processor on behalf of a customer. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the processing of personal data. If you have questions as a user of one of our customers, please contact the customer who provides you access to the platform.

We use web analysis services (currently Hotjar) to evaluate Website usage and obtain information for optimization. The services use cookies to collect and store user data. Before data is transmitted to a server outside Switzerland/EU/EEA, IP addresses are shortened or removed entirely. We therefore do not transmit personal data to analytics providers abroad.
