The admin around every meeting, done for you.
Taskbase briefs reps before each meeting, writes the follow-up into their own mail tool, keeps the CRM current and updates the deal room, the deck and the business case.

Daniel asked for a pilot scope. No date was set for the next step.
His ops lead signs off above €20,000. Budget is tight until Q1.
Agree the next decision-maker and put a date on that meeting.
“Before we close: can we book 30 minutes with your ops lead next Tuesday?”
You jumped into the pitch early last week. Today, ask one more question first.

How it works
Finished work, in the tools your reps already use
Most automation hands a rep text to copy somewhere else. Taskbase puts the finished work where it belongs and leaves the decision with the rep.
- 01
It knows the context
Taskbase is connected to your calendar, the CRM, past conversations and recordings, and your playbook, so it knows the meeting before the rep does.
- 02
It works inside your tools
Drafts appear in Outlook or Gmail. Facts are written to the CRM, the deal room and Google or Microsoft documents. Nothing to copy and paste.
- 03
The rep decides
Emails stay drafts until the rep sends them. In the CRM, Taskbase suggests the change and the reason, and points out the pitfalls.
Morning briefing
Ready before the first meeting
Taskbase is connected to the calendar, so the briefing arrives when you start the day, in Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Chat. For every meeting it brings the account context, and where it helps, what the company and the participants are doing now.

Good morning, Anya.
- 09:30 Northwind Freight: ask who signs off, and when.
- 11:00 Helio Logistics has been quiet for 9 days. Follow-up drafted.
Today’s focus: end every call with a dated next step.
Open briefingReview draft
Taskbase in Slack, 07:45. The person and companies are fictional.
- Context from past conversations and recordings: phone calls on iPhone and Android, physical meetings and virtual meetings recorded in the background with the desktop app.
- It checks the company website and the participants’ public LinkedIn profiles, for the information you want.
- Also as a full view you can keep open all day, change at any time and ask for more. It saves at least 10 minutes per meeting.
Follow-up emails
The follow-up is already in your drafts
Not a text to copy from our tool into yours. Taskbase writes the follow-up email and saves it as a draft in your Outlook, your Gmail or whichever mail tool you use. Check it, change what you want and send.

SubjectNext steps after today’s call
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for the time today. As agreed: we start the pilot in Q1 with the scope we discussed, and your ops lead joins a 30-minute call next Tuesday at 10:00 to sign off.
I have attached the pilot outline and the data-protection summary your legal team asked for.
Best regards,
Anya

A follow-up draft, waiting in the rep’s mail tool. Names are fictional.
- Written from what was said in the call and the context of the account.
- It sits where you already work, with attachments you promised.
- The easiest automation there is: you only review and send.
CRM
The CRM filled in, and a second pair of eyes on the deal
Taskbase does more than fill fields. It suggests a new close date, an amount, or a move to the next stage when you have met the exit criteria, and it tells you where the pitfalls are, in the chat you already use.

CRM review · 19 October
Your CRM updates after today’s calls
I’ve refreshed the pain, priorities, tools and impact for Northwind Freight, Helio Logistics and Corvin Software. Amounts, dates, stages and ownership are unchanged.
Northwind Freight
- Timing decision — replace the overdue 30 September close date with 30 October, conditional on legal clearance. Daniel expects signature within one to two weeks; the quote’s planned 1 November pilot start is separate.
- Stage — keep Power Agreement. Budget is available, but legal and data-protection requirements remain unresolved.
- Money — €8,900 ARR = 3 × €1,800 annual licences + 3 × €1,200 annual data package. The separate €4,100 pilot is not ARR.
Helio Logistics — Maria Keller
- Stage — keep Meeting Booked for now: the workflows are validated, but this publisher falls outside the published software-product ICP. Is this an intentional exception?
- Scope — six advisers confirmed; price and billing period remain unknown. Today’s call does not substantiate the existing €10,000 amount.
Corvin Software
- Stage — keep Problem Agreement. Churn and adoption pressures are clear; priority, scope and urgency are not yet agreed.
- Forecast flag — the 31 October close date and €20,000 amount are not supported by today’s conversation. Roughly 70 sellers is not an agreed seat purchase.
Taskbase’s CRM review in the team chat. Companies, people and amounts are fictional.
- Suggestions with reasons: change the close date, stay in the stage, flag the forecast.
- Works with any CRM that has an API or an MCP. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM are long-standing standards; others, such as Attio, take about 5 to 10 minutes more to set up.
- No scrolling through fields: the rep reads, agrees and moves on.
Deal rooms and documents
Everything in one hand: rooms, decks and business cases
Taskbase pushes the new facts to your digital sales room, your presentation and your business case. No need to build deal rooms by hand. And at any point you can ask for more: answer a heavy email, write the RFP or security questionnaire, build the PowerPoint.
