Why Taskbase
A coach only works if reps use it. Taskbase comes to them, in the tools they already work in, so nobody has to learn another platform.
Reading 30 days of usage…
Thomas is on holiday, so Taskbase holds his nudges.
When Taskbase reaches every rep, the effect shows up in the numbers. Usage views show where a rep needs support, for coaching and not for monitoring.
Feedback on the actual skill. Every note comes from a real conversation and points at one skill, short enough to use before the next call.
Integrations
Connect Taskbase with your CRM, calendar, documents and the recorders you already use.
Don’t see your tool? We can add custom integrations within a few days.

Yes. Taskbase is designed to work with your current sales environment rather than replace every tool. It can use context from your customer records, email, calendar, conversation sources, documents, and company knowledge. The exact setup depends on the systems and work you want Taskbase to support.
Taskbase reviews the rep’s real customer interactions and compares them with your Revenue Playbook. It identifies one useful strength and one important gap. It then gives the rep a clear action for the next conversation. Over time, Taskbase builds an evidence-based view of each rep’s skills and progress.
No. Taskbase handles repeated observation, preparation, and reinforcement. Managers still own judgement, difficult conversations, deal strategy, and people development. Sales enablement still owns the company’s standards and learning strategy. Taskbase helps both groups apply their work consistently across the full team.
The Revenue Playbook defines what good selling looks like for your company. It can include your target customers, messaging, sales process, methods, questions, examples, and objection responses. Taskbase uses this content when it prepares and coaches reps. This makes the guidance specific to your company instead of generic.
Yes. Taskbase can find new buyer questions, objections, competitor mentions, use cases, and effective messages in real customer conversations. It turns these findings into suggested playbook changes. A human owner reviews each suggestion before it becomes an approved company standard.
No. If your recording already works, keep it. Taskbase connects to tools such as Gong, Fireflies, Fathom and Kickscale, and to calls recorded in Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and adds coaching and follow-up work on top. Where nothing is recorded yet, Taskbase can capture video calls, in-person meetings and phone calls on iPhone and Android, and its desktop recorder works without a bot joining the call.
No. Recording is not required for every Taskbase use case. Taskbase can also provide value through your Revenue Playbook, customer records, email, calendar, meeting preparation, and follow-up work. You can define which conversations are captured and exclude meetings when recording is not suitable.
All data processing is EU-only. A DPA is available on request. Access can be limited to the information needed for the agreed use case. Customer-facing actions can stay under human review.
Taskbase grounds its answers in sources such as your Revenue Playbook, real customer interactions, and available customer context. It does not rely only on a general AI prompt. Users can review the evidence behind important guidance. Taskbase does not claim that AI is error-free, so important external actions remain under human control.
Taskbase can prepare emails and suggest customer-record changes. Customer-facing emails remain drafts until a person reviews and sends them. The rules for record updates depend on the agreed setup and permissions. Destructive changes and important business decisions should always require clear human control.
A team can build a useful first prototype with a general AI tool. The harder part is maintaining secure data access, company knowledge, individual skill history, evaluation quality, integrations, permissions, proactive delivery, and user adoption. Taskbase provides this as a maintained sales-coaching system instead of an internal AI project.
