▸ How the score works

Choose up to three focus skills and watch them move after every coached call. All names are fictional.

Three jobs, one AI

Builds skills, takes work off your plate, keeps the playbook alive

  • Skills

    Builds skills

One focus skill at a time, coached on your own calls, with your playbook and the account history in mind.

  • Time back

    Takes work off your plate

Briefings, follow-up emails, CRM updates and call lists, done before you ask.

  • Playbook

    Keeps the playbook alive

What works in real calls comes back as a playbook suggestion, so every rep applies it.

The problem

Selling is only part of the job.

  • Account research and meeting preparation eat the hours before every call.
  • Follow-up emails, decks and business cases are written by hand.
  • CRM updates come last and are never fully current.
  • It is hard to see which deals are really at risk.
  • Feedback is rare, so the same gaps repeat for weeks.
  • Another new tool to learn on top of all that.

The impact

What changes with Taskbase

  1. 01

    Selling time back

Taskbase completes the written and administrative work around customer conversations: hours of research, writing and CRM work.

  2. 02

    A better next conversation

Taskbase uses deal history, the playbook, what the SDR learned and real evidence to prepare the goal, opener, questions, risks and next step.

  3. 03

    Skill built through real work

Short, personal feedback and the exact wording to use next time, after real calls.

  4. 04

    No extra tool

You work with Taskbase in your normal chat tool. It works across your systems behind the scenes.

  5. 05

    Clean deals without extra admin

Customer evidence becomes current CRM data, qualification, commitments and next actions.

Taskbase in action

The work Taskbase takes on

Meeting briefing

Goal, history, gaps, opener and the questions to ask next, based on what the deal still lacks. What the SDR agreed with the prospect is in it. Ready before the call.

Personal call coaching

One clear strength, one gap and “what I should say” for the next call.

Focus skills you control

Up to three skills in focus, changeable at any time by you or in a one-on-one. Reminded the next day and in the briefing before each meeting.

A priority list every morning

Open deals: what is still to do in each one, and which SPICED or MEDDICC letters still need work.

Deal risk board

See which deals have risks and which do not, and why, so you spend the day on the right ones.

Event prospector

Find good events, then the people at them who match your ICP. Email them and add them to the CRM from the list.

The whole CRM, from the chat

Update fields, keep records current and move deals through the pipeline without opening the CRM.

Post-meeting follow-up

Customer email draft, promised assets, commitments and your personal action list.

Decks, plans and business cases

Presentations, account plans, proposals and business cases built in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or pitch.com, or edited in your existing files and decks.

Digital sales rooms

The right content and next steps sent to the buyer’s sales room, without copying anything over.

Prepare, coach, automate, update

  1. 1Before the call: Taskbase prepares what matters
  2. 2During the deal: context, gaps, risks and next steps stay clear
  3. 3After the call: follow-up drafted, CRM updated
  4. 4Over time: the skills that win more deals improve

Deal risks

See which deals are at risk, and which are not

The Deal Risk Board scores every open deal from the evidence in your calls, emails and CRM, and shows why. You see where to act today and where a deal is healthy.

Events

Find the right events, and the right people at them

Taskbase suggests events that fit your ICP from the sales playbook, then lists the people likely to be there. Public emails and phone numbers cover smaller ICPs. For larger ones, data tools such as Prospeo, lemlist, FullEnrich and Clay fill the gaps. Email them straight away and add them to the CRM automatically.

Feedback on your focus skill

Coached on the skill you chose, after every call

After a call Taskbase posts one short note in Slack about one of your focus skills: what went well, the biggest lever and the exact wording for next time.

✅ WHAT YOU DID WELL

📌 You got the buyer to name the cost of the problem

Skill: Discovery Depth & Question Progression

You asked what the slow follow-up process costs the team every week, and Tom named it himself: about two days of rep time. That gave you a number to work with.

⚡ BIGGEST LEVER · 🎯 one of your 3 focus areas

📌 Turn the cost into a business case the buyer owns

Skill: Problem Impact & Business Case

The moment in your call:

“So roughly two days a week get lost. Let me send you our pricing.”

How you could handle it better:

“Two days a week for a team of six is about twelve days a month. Before I send anything: what would it be worth to you to get half of that back, and who needs to see that number to approve this?”

Why it matters: Tom had just quantified the pain. Moving straight to pricing left the number with you instead of with him, so he has nothing to take to his finance lead. [Playbook: Business Case]

📈 PROGRESS SINCE LAST TIME

On 21 September, asking about the impact was your coaching lever and the score dropped to 12. Today you asked the impact question without being prompted. Since 31 August your Problem Impact & Business Case score has moved from 17 to 27.

🌟 Keep asking what the problem costs. At the next quantified pain, turn it into a number the buyer repeats back to you.

Living Revenue Playbook

One approved playbook behind every answer

Taskbase does not invent a different answer for every person. It works from the approved Revenue Playbook, live customer context and the person’s role. New evidence from real calls becomes a suggestion, and the accountable leader approves it before it becomes the standard.

  1. 1

    Evidence

A new objection, competitor or question shows up in real conversations.

  2. 2

    Suggestion

Taskbase proposes a playbook change and shows the evidence.

  3. 3

    Approval

The accountable leader reviews and approves it.

  4. 4

    Updated work

Coaching, answers and automated work follow the new standard.

Every briefing, answer and draft follows the same approved playbook as the rest of your team, so you never have to guess which version of the pitch is current.

Where Taskbase fits

Not another recorder. Not another chatbot.

Not another call recorder

Recording tools tell you what happened. Taskbase helps the person do the next thing better, completes the work around it, and checks whether the new behaviour sticks. Keep the recorder you already use.

Not another generic chatbot

Generic AI can create an answer. Taskbase adds your approved context, customer evidence, individual skill memory, connected workflows, governance and follow-through.
